Shipping Methods
- Editions & prints: insured parcel, carefully packed flat between acid-free protective layers or rolled in a sturdy shipping tube. Dispatch within 3 to 5 business days of receipt of payment.
- Originals, large formats & sculptures: climate-controlled fine art transport with custom-built crating and full transit insurance to your door, with delivery scheduled in personal consultation.
- Worldwide: We ship internationally. For deliveries outside the EU, customs duties and import charges of the destination country may apply; these are borne by the buyer. We prepare all export documentation.
Packaging
Every work is packed to archival standards: acid-free materials, edge protection, a moisture barrier. Sculptures travel in custom-built wooden crates with interior padding.
Provenance & Authenticity
- Every work comes directly from Schero's studio; its provenance is documented without gaps.
- Each work is accompanied by a signed certificate of authenticity from SCHERO × LytraG stating the work's title, technique, dimensions, year and, where applicable, edition number.
- Limited editions are numbered and hand-signed; the edition size is noted in the certificate.
- On request, you will receive a provenance dossier with the work's history and image documentation, of particular relevance for collections and institutions.
Secure Transactions
Verified payment channels and a legally sound purchase process compliant with anti-money laundering requirements, discreet and fully traceable, including for high-value works. For transactions of €10,000 or more, the statutory due diligence obligations of the German Anti-Money Laundering Act apply.
